EU – Georgia Business Council EUGBC within the framework of The USAID Economic Governance Program grant project, organized the first public-private dialogue meeting. The meeting was focused on Georgian Government’s transport and logistics policy.

The event was attended by David Tsirdava, the First Vice President of Business Chamber of Asian & Gulf Countries BCAGC and Gela Barkalaia, the Chairman of the “Road Safety and Automotive Industry Committee” and the founder of MateMotors.
The key speaker at the meeting was Guram Guramishvili, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development. During the meeting, the representative of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development made a presentation of “Georgia’s 2023-2030 National Transport and Logistics Strategy”, after which a discussion was held with the active participation of the private sector and professional discussion on the topic.
