After World War II, the civilized world unanimously recognized that there was no alternative to peace and diplomacy is a major force in foreign relations. However, today we are still witnessing war and military escalation. The Russian Federation arbitrarily violates the territorial integrity of Ukraine and conducts military operations on the territory of a sovereign state. Unfortunately, clashes and military conflict have already resulted in casualties, with hundreds of people dead.
