The project presentation took place on March 20 at Sheraton Metechi Palace, and it was attended by invited guests from the diplomatic corps and the private sector. Among the attendees were David Tsirdava , the first vice president of BCAGC, and Giorgi Otaridze , the vice president.

“Spanish Quarter” is a large-scale construction project with an investment of 50 million dollars. It combines residential apartments, commercial spaces, and 5-star hotel apartments.
