The 57th meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) commenced with its official opening ceremony on May 4th, featuring the central theme of “Bridge to the Future“. Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, Minister of Finance of Georgia, Lasha Khutsishvili, and President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Masatsugu Asakawa, delivered speeches to the attendees.

The speakers delved into great detail about the primary objective of the event, which entails enhancing the role of connectivity, specifically focused on the Middle Corridor. They also engaged in discussions pertaining to current geopolitical issues. A staggering number of approximately 4,000 attendees from 68 countries actively participated in the 57th annual meeting of the Asian Development Bank.
