David Tsirdava, First Vice President of the Business Chamber of Asian & Gulf Countries, met with Firyal Abdul Nabi Muhammad, chargé d’affaires of the Republic of Iraq to Georgia, upon an official invitation.
The meeting addressed a wide range of topics, with particular emphasis on the Iraq Investment Forum scheduled for June 14-15, 2025, in Baghdad.
This platform is designed to highlight investment opportunities across diverse economic sectors.
Sectors such as energy and renewable energy, industry, industrial cities and free zones, real estate, healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, agriculture and livestock, tourism and entertainment, transport and ports, as well as food and manufacturing, will be represented.
The forum will offer a distinct opportunity for companies and business professionals to engage with global and regional banks and investment funds.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in direct bilateral meetings with ministries and investment bodies operating in Iraq. Additionally, they will have the chance to present economic and investment projects of regional and international significance.
